Larus Restaurant and Event Centre
Larus Restaurant and Event Centre opened in spring 2011 is located in Budapest in District XII, embedded in the entirely renewed public square surrounded by MOM Cultural Centre, Sirály utca and Gesztenyéskert (Chestnut Grove).
Larus Restaurant awaits its guests as a new centre of gastronomy where creativity and tradition meet comfort and quality managed by our Chef Peter Buday.
THE CUISINE
The Menu of the Restaurant portrays the recipes of the historical Hungarian cuisine in the concept of the XXI century, using long-forgotten ingredients. They appear in weekly and daily offers displayed on cold counters as well. The goods of Hungarian growers and producers found in the market beside the restaurant rhymes perfectly with the classical thick vegetable-dishes, the rich soups of our grandmothers and the quality ingredients of meat dishes.
