Events can be arranged to start in the morning in the Jagelló Conference room which is equipped with all the modern facilities you need to easily support your presentation (projector, flipchart, projection screen, whiteboard, internet connection).

For all those indoor-programmes held over several days that use samples or weighty handout booklets you can make use of our storage area near to reception.
If dinner is included in the programme, it can be provided from a range of menus available and agreed to 10 days prior to the event.

To help you relax, during the coffee breaks coffee, tea, juice, cakes and pastries can be served to you within the hotel or on the hotel terrace.

Parking near to the hotel or in the hotel's garage is available free of charge for people attending the event.
Following the event, organisers and participants can arrange to rest in one of our hotel rooms at a very favourable rate (up to 10% discount for groups comprising of a minimum of 10 people).
